I create loveable crochet items and patterns that put smiles on everyones face. I tend to lean towards No Sew patterns and designs which you will find here on this blog. I find that not only are they quicker to produce, they also end up being more durable and longer lasting!

I have framed houses for the past 8 years around the GTA with some really good friends I’ve known since middle school.
how I got Here
Why I Love What I Do
I learned to crochet “amigurumi” (the art of knitted/crocheted stuffed animals) during pandemic. As a house framer in the GTA I did not lose work, but I lost my social life meaning I had a lot more free time.
One day I decided I wanted to make a popular alien plush toy that was going around on the internet, I taught myself to crochet through YouTube videos and internet tutorials. Once I got the basics I challenged myself to crochet a different item everyday and The Crochet Carpenter was born!
Now after 3 years of crochet, I have decided to take my business even further by offering free patterns and crochet tips here for everyone!
